RTE provides input to over 400 projects in a given year, ranging from small traffic generating developments such as small neighbourhood centres to regional shopping centres or town centres. RTE provides services for a wide range of development types including retail, industrial, residential, commercial, tourist and educational facilities, and is engaged by groups such as private investment companies, publicly listed developers, and public sector clients.

RTE also provide services to small investment groups and individuals.
